The City of Dillon and the Downtown Community Alliance are proud to present the first Jack O’ Lantern Jubilee. This family friendly event will take place at the South Plaza on the corner of S. Railroad Ave and Main Street in  Historic Downtown Dillon. Enjoy the smooth sounds of Silk Groove and the entertainment of DJ Elixir. There will be pumpkin decorating,  face painting, carnival games, food, and CANDY!
