Let’s Go Shop Small this season! ‘Tis the season to celebrate old traditions – and make new ones. Whether you buy a festive sweater from a local boutique or grab a burger from your favorite diner, your support makes the holidays even brighter for small businesses. And don’t forget: This year Small Business Saturday falls on November 27th!
The City of Dillon is a member of the American Express Neighborhood Champaign for Shop Small Saturday. We are excited to be apart of this national promotion and to be able to support our downtown small businesses.
So, how does this work?
Pick up your Passport in the Downtown Development office (101 W. Main St – the old First Bank) on November 27th between 10:00am – 2:00pm. Visit the listed small businesses between 10:00am-3:00pm and get a stamp in your passport. Our participating businesses will have goodies to sample and swag to hand out…and of course products and services to buy! Once all stores have been explored and all your stamps are collected, come back to the Downtown Development office and claim your PRIZE!
